Upon placing your order we would like for you to be aware of our policies.
Item availability depends on what we have in stock in the store. Most items online are in stock. If we do not have an item in stock generally it will take 1 business day for us to get it. If an item is backordered we will contact you and let you know the details. Your card will NOT be charged until your order has shipped.
SHIPPING. If your order is received before 5pm EST and the items are in the store they will ship SAME DAY. For items that are not on the floor they will usually ship 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
RETURNS. Should you need to return an item please contact us by phone or email. If a mistake was made on our behalf or an item is defective upon inspection we will send you the correct items with a Return shipping label. Please contact us within 5 days if this is the case. If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong item or for any other reason we will refund your credit card the price of the purchase less shipping once we receive the item in good condition in original packaging.
